There were 2 days in search of good photos of new birds for Ana, the weather did not cooperate much as we had a lot of rain in the afternoons and nights of the first and second days, which prevented us from watching owls. On the first day we went in search of the birds of altitude, we only had the morning, because soon after lunch time it started to rain. We took the opportunity to go to the city of Queluz, where a small owl tends to appear well for photos. On the second day we returned to the upper part of the park, the weather was better and we were able to go very close where we have a good view of the highest point of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Pico das Agulhas Negras with its 2791 meters of altitude. There we also find the flamenguinho frog and many cool flowers and insects to the delight of Ana and Regina. But the joy was short lived, we had to go back to Itatiaia because it rained after lunch again. We tried again to watch owls, but the rain did not stop. Here are some pictures of the two days of expedition.
